How do we do it:
We provide in-home, community, and teleherapy counseling. We accept major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. We provide evidence-based care tailored to each individual and family, regardless of age.

Leo is a licensed clinician providing mental health counseling; lives his passion to provide psychotherapy and counseling to people struggling with mental health illness in the San Antonio community; he has been in clinical practice for over 15 years.
His clinical work has centered on trauma, individual, and family counseling adhering to therapies such as Play and Behavioral Therapy, TBRI, CBT, DBT, the Gottman Method, and a focus on your journey towards well-being.
James Carpenter, LPC
James is a licensed counselor dedicated to helping individuals, especially teens and pre-teens, navigate life's challenges. Before transitioning into private practice, James served as a school counselor for 18 years.
He takes a solutions-focused approach, working collaboratively with you to identify goals and areas of challenge. His practice primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client-Centered Therapy.
Patty Lozano, LPC
Patty is a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor committed to creating a safe, supportive space grounded in compassion, trust, and authentic connection. She partners with clients to support self-discovery, empowerment, growth, and healing at their own pace.
She's passionate about serving diverse communities and providing therapy in both English and Spanish, with a focus on children, youth, and individuals who may feel overlooked due to their background, substance use, mental health challenges, or socioeconomic barriers.
